About the Role
As the Clinical Support Specialist at EHA Alderley and Acacia Ridge, you are the warm first impression of our allied health clinics. You support the patient journey through high quality medical administration, practice reception, patient services and front desk coordination.
You will:
* Welcome patients into the clinic with kindness, connection and professionalism
* Manage incoming enquiries, phones, bookings and calendar organization
* Process payments, support patient billing and ensure accurate administration
* Assist our Exercise Physiology team with clinical documentation, file management and maintaining confidentiality
* Maintain a clean, organized and safe clinic environment that patients look forward to coming to
This role suits someone who is warm, empathetic, organized, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced medical reception environment where no two days are the same.
