Our fashion client has an incredible career opportunity for a talented and passionate Digital Marketing Manager to join their successful business. This is a company that truly values teamwork!
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and management of the digital marketing strategy to drive awareness and sales across the Retail, Marketplace and eCommerce sales channels. The role will work closely with various departments as well as external agencies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing digital marketing campaigns end to end with a firm understanding of various paid media marketing tactics and be excited about the latest trends in digital.
Key Responsibilities:
* Development and management of the digital marketing strategy
* Annual and monthly digital marketing budget forecasting
* Weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting on Digital Marketing objectives and KPIs
* Optimisation of always on and short-term campaigns based on learnings
* Providing insights to the business based on digital marketing, data driven sources (e.g. Google trends, Meta reports, competitor research, etc.)
* Management of Digital Marketing Channels: Social (Meta), Search (Google and Bing), Programmatic (DV360), SEO and Affiliates (Partnerize)
* Agency partnership management.
* Identify and monitor PPC industry best practices/trends/advances to assist brands in developing new ideas and opportunities
* Tag management through Tealium iQ
* Drive SEO best practices with support of cross-functional team
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following:
* 5+ Years experience in eCommerce and/or Digital Agency environments.
* Solid understanding of performance marketing, marketing strategy, conversion and online customer acquisition
* Comprehensive understanding of tag management systems
* Fundamental knowledge and experience with Google Ads, Bing ads & Meta business manager
* In-depth experience with website analytics tools
* Experience analysing digital performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CVR, CTR, etc.)
* Understanding of SEO Ranking Reporting Tools such as SEM Rush, Search Console
* Experience within fast-paced, high volume retail is highly regarded
