Key Responsibilities
- Attend on-site service calls for preventative maintenance, breakdowns, installations, and connectivity support
- Deliver high-quality repairs to minimize customer downtime
- Accurately document service reports and job details
- Maintain your assigned toolkit, service vehicle, and vehicle stock
- Collaborate closely with Branch Administrator Managers
- Participate in ongoing internal training and development
- Support general workshop, warehouse, and logistics tasks as required
- Provide PaperCut support and installation
About You
- Hands-on experience servicing printers, copiers, scanners, or MFDs (experience with Konica Minolta, Sharp, Brother, and HP required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
- Sound commercial judgment and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with document management systems and remote support tools
- Ability to identify and communicate potential sales opportunities
- Understanding of local network installations, drivers, and scanning setups
