Role Summary
The Facilities Coordinator will oversee the delivery of planned and reactive works across sites within contractual service level agreements and KPI requirements.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee the delivery of planned and reactive works across sites.
* Liaise with various client contacts and build strong working relationships.
* Maintain and update all vendor Statutory and Non-Statutory Compliance records and documentation as required.
* Manage financial, administrative and commercial aspects of the contract including raising purchase orders and assisting vendors with Coupa platform and training as needed.
* Prepare and issue reports as requested by the facilities management team.
* Support mail room functions including cover front of house duties occasionally as needed.
* Assist with kitchen duties including arranging supplies, re-stocking of kitchen needs and keeping space clean.
Requirements
* Candidate must have a customer service focus with ability to communicate with internal and external clients at all levels.
* Experience in customer service and/or front of house/client facing in a professional/corporate environment.
* Exposure in facilities management.
* Excellent time management and organization skills with ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines.
* Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft Packages – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
