DNA Healthcare is currently seeking a Residential Service Manager for a short term 6 months fixed contract based in the Port Macquarie area. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly regarded values based residential aged care organisation paying a salary package of up to $168K NFP This role offers the chance to live and work in beautiful, scenic Port Macquarie on the Mid North Coast. The coastal facility has a warm, friendly atmosphere, and full accommodation is provided for the duration of the contract. You will receive extensive support from a highly regarded Quality Team, Care Manager, and Clinical Coordinator, while managing the overall operations of the facility within a strong clinical environment and values driven culture. You’ll also be working closely with a supportive and experienced Regional Manager, within an organisation that strives to provide the highest standards of care. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility. Lead both clinical and non clinical teams. Ensure compliance with aged care standards and manage budgets effectively. Drive continuous improvements across the service. Deliver high standards of care to residents while supporting staff. About You: Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Residential Service Manager position. Proven ability to manage a facility to high standards, ensuring compliance. Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive workplace culture. Commitment to delivering high-quality care outcomes. Full Registered Nursing AHPRA Registration.
