Join our Dynamic team in Port Macquarie. As part of our team you will work with an experienced multidisciplinary group of 7 therapists, including speech, physiotherapy, and occupational therapy. Our team culture values kindness, support, trust, and agility. The typical client caseload focuses on people with Cerebral palsy and similar conditions, with over 70% being children aged 0‐18. Working in a regional area provides rapid career development opportunities across a breadth of diagnoses, ages, and disability types, including custom‐moulded seating, high‐tech AAC, early intervention, and complex mealtime management.
The Port Macquarie clinic is exceptionally well‐resourced, featuring four specialist treatment rooms, pool cars, ceiling hoists, eye‐gaze technology, a magic carpet, a wide selection of toys, a full switch kit, wheelchair scale, and more. About 70% of clients are seen in clinic, with the remainder visited in homes or community settings. We serve regional hubs across Port Macquarie/Wauchope, Taree, Forster, Kempsey, and Coffs Harbour.
