The Company

Instrowest was established in 2006 to provide quality Instrument contracting services to the mining and mineral processing industries, with a strong focus on safety. Instrowest provides a comprehensive installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair service to a variety of sites within Western Australia.

The Position

We are seeking a proactive and reliable All-Rounder Dispatch Support team member to join our operations team. This is a varied role supporting dispatch, logistics, and general office functions, with opportunities to grow into the business. The position will be full-time working 5 days per week (Monday-Friday).

Administrative duties include......(but are not limited to):

* Support daily dispatch operations

* Assist with packing, unpacking, and general warehouse duties when required

* Prepare, process, and maintain order paperwork and delivery documentation

* Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding order updates

* Provide general administrative and operational support across the business

* Assist with order management tasks and system updates as required

The successful applicant MUST have previous experience in a similar role

* A high level of computer literacy

* Strong organisational and multitasking skills

* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

* High attention to detail and accuracy

* Able to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment

* Willingness to be flexible and assist across different areas

* Experience in dispatch, logistics, administration, or customer service

* Positive attitude and strong team player

The following are desirable but not essential;

* Experience in MYOB

* Forklift License

* Drivers license

The successful applicant will report to the Office Manager. This position will be ready to start immediately.
