Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Property Management division, providing operational leadership to a team of property management professionals and fostering a high-performance, client-focused culture
* Develop and execute the business plan and growth strategy, aligned with broader organisational objectives
* Drive business development initiatives, identifying, pitching, and securing new management opportunities while maintaining a strong market presence and industry profile
* Oversee divisional financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, income and expenditure management, and regular reporting on KPIs and performance metrics
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with key owner clients, acting as an escalation point and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality property management services
* Manage a selected portfolio of key commercial assets, ensuring asset performance is optimised through proactive property and asset management practices
* Provide leadership across people, performance, and culture, including recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, performance reviews, and professional development
* Represent the business at industry events, client functions, and stakeholder forums to enhance brand visibility and strengthen market relationships
About You
* You are an experienced commercial property professional with a strong background in property and asset management across commercial, retail, and/or industrial assets
* You bring proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage high-performing teams in a client-focused environment
* You have a solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, trust accounting, and performance reporting
* You are commercially astute, with demonstrated success in business development, client retention, and growing management portfolios
* You communicate confidently and professionally, building trusted relationships with clients, industry peers, and internal stakeholders
* You are highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
* You are proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement and service excellence
* You demonstrate strong alignment with company values and foster a positive, engaged workplace culture
* Tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, or a related discipline (and relevant industry licences) will be highly regarded
