Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Installation Coordinator to support customers, our manufacturing team, and installation team in the field.
This is an exciting opportunity for a team player with excellent interpersonal skills who is agile, methodical, and able to adapt their communication style to meet the needs of internal and external customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the installation of products, liaising with production regarding product completion, scheduling installation dates in line with production and customer needs, and coordinating day-to-day activities of installation contractors and glazing teams.
This role requires confidence in managing difficult conversations, troubleshooting solutions, and improving the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with production regarding product completion
* Schedule installation dates in line with production and customer needs
* Liaise with customers regarding delivery and installation of products
* Coordinate day-to-day activities of installation contractors and glazing teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Competency using MS Suite
* Ability to quickly gain competency with our in-house CRM system
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Enthusiasm to work in a rapidly changing and challenging manufacturing environment
