Production Coordinator Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating production activities from development to shipment.
As a Production Coordinator, you will ensure that all timelines, style details, and brand standards are met. You will also serve as the main liaison between our factories and suppliers, handling escalations and resolving production challenges from order placement to shipment.
Additionally, you will provide vital Buying support to the General Manager of New Business Development, assisting with purchase order management and Critical Path Management.
This dual role offers a unique opportunity to grow your expertise across both Production and Buying, expanding your skillset in a dynamic and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate production activities from development to shipment
* Ensure that all timelines, style details, and brand standards are met
* Serve as the main liaison between factories and suppliers, handling escalations and resolving production challenges
* Provide vital Buying support to the General Manager of New Business Development
* Assist with purchase order management and Critical Path Management
Requirements:
* Proven success in a similar role (within a Fashion Womenswear Brand highly desired)
* Comprehensive knowledge of the production life cycle & critical path management
* Well-developed internal and external stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Aptitude and willingness to undertake further learning and future development with the business
