The Regional Learning and Development Coordinator works in collaboration with the Regional Manager Human Resources and other regional leadership positions, directly responsible for coordinating the region’s Learning and Development Program and determining non - clinical (Corporate) learning and development needs across the region, organising, coordinating, or developing training opportunities to address those needs, evaluating effectiveness and monitoring compliance.
A current vacancy exists in our Pilbara team up to 30 June 2024 with the possibility of extension and/ or permanency. Flexible working arrangements will be considered for this role, including flexibility in location and hours of work.
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 30 June 2024.
