Compliance Team Leader

The Role:

As the Enforcement Team Leader, you will lead a dedicated team and shape the trajectory of our compliance enforcement activities. Your contributions will make a tangible difference in the lives of the construction community.

Your Impact:

* Leadership: Your leadership will directly influence the growth and performance of our Enforcement team. Your ability to motivate and provide constructive feedback will foster a high-performance culture that resonates with our core values.

* Compliance: Your legal expertise will guide the enforcement activities. From drafting notices to preparing legal briefs and managing legal stakeholders, your role is crucial in maintaining our compliance standards.
* Collaboration: As a key player in our mission, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, shaping employer-facing campaigns and managing legal stakeholders to achieve successful prosecution activity.

Your Skills & Expertise:

* Seasoned Leadership: A strong legal background combined with proven experience in leadership and business transformation.
* Strategic Thinking: An ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies that enhance team workflow and operational efficiency.
* People Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills that inspire and motivate your team to achieve their best.
* Legal Acumen: A deep understanding of legal and compliance standards related to enforcement activities, including drafting notices, legal briefs, and managing legal stakeholders.

Preferred Education:

Qualifications in Law, accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred. Government Investigations Certificate or Project Management Professional Certificate are advantageous. Participation in collection training, data and information management, or risk management programs is beneficial.
