Job Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis, with the possibility of becoming permanent.

This role involves providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring seamless operations within the organization.


Main Responsibilities:

* Process client orders in our CRM system efficiently and accurately.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring minimal disruption to the team.
* Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner.
* Maintain and organize files, documents, and records, adhering to company standards.
* Assist in data entry and generating reports as needed, contributing to informed decision-making.


Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* Prior experience in Customer Service, Order Processing, and Administration is essential.
* A strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems is required.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills are necessary for success in this role.
