Maintenance Administrator – Admin, Procurement & Stores Location: Two Wells, SA Full-Time | Permanent Role Salary: $70,000–$80,000 Super (based on experience) Support a leading maintenance team in a modern, automated facility Join a high-performing maintenance team within one of Australia's most advanced horticulture operations. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll play a vital role in admin, procurement, and stores coordination — supporting technicians, managing inventory, liaising with suppliers, and helping to keep the maintenance department running smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who's confident with CMMS systems, has strong organisational skills, and enjoys being the reliable, behind-the-scenes point of contact in a busy technical environment. What you'll be doing Coordinate and schedule preventative and reactive maintenance tasks Maintain asset records and job history using MEX Raise purchase orders, track deliveries, and liaise with suppliers Monitor and maintain inventory levels for parts, tools, and consumables Support stores management including stocktakes, goods in/out, and spare parts organisation Assist the Engineering Manager with safety records, compliance, and reporting Provide general admin support across maintenance documentation, audits, and planning ?
