 
        
        **Role Responsibilities**
Reporting into the National Advertising Manager, the Implementation manager is a resourceful partner to several of our key clients and facilitates their effective day-to-day collaboration with the agency. 
- work on brands such as Coles and Officeworks 
- Build positive and productive client relationships to ensure all client requirements are met. 
- Booking advertisements, ensuring printing requirements are met, client requests, monthly reconciliation reporting, and recommendations to establish and maintain best practice for all client content projects 
- Assist the content teams and media team throughout the production process, encompassing several stages of client approvals.
**Skills and Experience** 
- 1 - 2 experience in a hands-on role in data entry or service management role 
- Moderate experience in working with a diverse range of stakeholders and in prioritising collective needs, participating in client or stakeholder-facing activities 
- Experience supporting content teams, partnership managers or commercial teams 
- Some experience working with multiple brands or projects briefed by clients, either by working in an agency or consultancy or with content teams at a media publisher 
- Extremely organised 
- Proficient in various software suites (including, but not limited to GSuite (particularly sheets and slides), Microsoft Excel) Salesforce, Adpoint 
- A willingness to learn content and digital marketing best-practice; an awareness of the kinds of sources to go to for best-practice inspiration or education. 
- Able to adapt and prioritise based on client needs 
- An enthusiastic and self-motivated team player 
- Able to multitask confidently and productively 
- Attention-to-detail oriented 
- Able to work to tight deadlines and never miss them 
- An excellent written and verbal communicator
