Caneland Central, part of Sentinel Property Groups national retail portfolio, is seeking a proactive and highly organised Operations Co‐ordinator to support the day-to‐day operational performance of the Centre.
Working closely with the Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Manager, this role plays a critical part in ensuring the Centre is safe, well‐presented, compliant and operating efficiently for retailers, customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Operations Team in maintaining centre safety compliance and presentation standards
* Conduct regular inspections of building plant and common areas
* Assist with contractor management, inductions, permits and compliance documentation
* Raise purchase orders and service orders, process invoices and track operational expenditure
* Maintain asset risk, contractor and incident registers
* Support tenancy delivery fit‐out coordination and retailer operational requests
* Assist with audits, emergency response planning and incident reporting
* Participate in duty manager shifts and emergency procedures as required
What We're Looking For
* Strong administrative, organisational and time‐management skills
* Experience in operations, facilities, property or shopping centre environments (preferred)
* Sound financial acumen with experience in purchase orders, invoicing and budget tracking
* High level of computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat)
* Confident communicator able to liaise with contractors, retailers and stakeholders
* Calm, solutions‐focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* A collaborative team player with a proactive and customer‐focused mindset
