Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
* Participate in a formal Graduate Financial Adviser program with mentoring from a Partner and Senior Financial Adviser.
* Begin in the administration team to learn core support skills for the advice team.
* Transition to paraplanning to develop technical financial planning skills.
* Complete the program as a fully qualified financial planner.
* Complete the FASEA Professional Year as part of the program.
* Demonstrate excellent time management and a proactive, client-focused approach.
About You
The company is looking for:
* Completed Graduate Degree in Business, Commerce, Financial Planning, Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
* Willingness to continue relevant financial planning industry education.
* Desire and enthusiasm to learn all aspects of the financial services profession.
* Professional work ethic.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* High standard of Microsoft Office competency.
* Ability to work autonomously and strong problem-solving skills.
Training & Development
* Mentoring from a Partner and Senior Financial Adviser throughout the program.
* Structured learning through administration, paraplanning, and financial planning roles.
* Completion of the FASEA Professional Year as part of the program.
Career Progression
* Progression from administration to paraplanning to fully qualified financial planner within the program.
