As Team Leader Adult Services you will
- Lead a team of Support Workers to provide high-quality safe services to vulnerable people in the community.
- Coach and mentor providing on-the-job training and guidance.
- Inspire a skilled and diverse team using your expertise to manage performance and provide support.
- Ensure effective service delivery by managing administrative processes including accurate and timely reporting and record-keeping.
You will have
- Proven advanced problem-solving, emotional intelligence and positive interaction skills across diverse communities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and performance manage teams in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
- Effective conflict resolution, negotiation, mediation and decision-making skills.
- Track record of building teams with clear goals fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Commitment to a person-centred approach for vulnerable individuals.
- Experience supporting complex needs behaviours of concern and mental health is essential; working with people with a disability and / or children or youth in care experience is highly regarded.
- Qualifications in Disability Services, Community Services or Individual Support (highly regarded but not essential).
- Availability to work between 6am-10pm for at least 3 days per week.

Compliance Requirements
- Current NSW Drivers licence.
- Obtain and maintain a current paid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Obtain and maintain a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC).
- Willingness to undertake a pre-employment police check.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
