Chadstone Toyota is a dealership success story, modelling industry best practices with a showcase of trophies. To continue the success of the Service Department, we are recruiting a Courtesy Driver capable of delivering 5-Star customer service. You will act as the dealership ambassador, the face and voice of our brand, and will play a pivotal role in the service department's day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Meeting & greeting customers needing transport assistance
- Transporting customers and managing drop-off & collection rosters
- Liaising with Service Advisors to create a personalised customer experience
- Assisting the Service Department with other general duties
About You
- Ideally, you will have dealership experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in a fast-paced professional business environment
- You are a safe driver, courteous and considerate at all times
- Excellent verbal and written/typing grammar skills
- Project a professional image at all times through personal appearance and interpersonal skills
- Motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all types of people
