We are seeking a Sales Support Officer to join our Commercial team and provide essential support to our Sales, Shipping, and Documentation functions. About the Role Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will support sales operations across domestic and export markets through a range of administrative and operational activities. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient sales processes, strong customer service, and high compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to Sales, Shipping, and Documentation teams Assist with sales administration, order processing, shipping documentation, and data management Manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Support sales targets through efficient coordination and execution Maintain accurate records to support quality assurance, compliance, and accreditation requirements Participate in relevant customer, supplier, and audit activities Build positive working relationships across Sales and the broader business About You FMCG knowledge (essential) Experience in sales support, administration, or commercial roles (desirable) Qualifications in Agribusiness, Economics, or a related field (advantageous) Exposure to the meat industry or complex supply chains (highly regarded) Strong computer skills, organisation, and time management Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to meet and exceed targets Professional communicator with high integrity and willingness to learn Why Join ACC?
