Position: Retail Manager

Employment Type: Permanent - Full-time
Key Responsibilities:As a Retail Manager, you will:
Lead and inspire a dedicated team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock ordering to ensure adequate product availability.
Train and develop team members to provide excellent product knowledge and customer care.
Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Collaborate with senior management to implement business strategies and initiatives.
Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
Must be able to roster staff according to a budget.
Manage staff effectively to ensure a motivated and productive team.
Complete reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Utilize computer software for various operational tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
S2/S3 trained
Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of healthcare products or pharmacy retail experience is a plus.
Ability to roster staff effectively within budget constraints.
Proficiency in staff management, report completion, and computer software usage.
