12 Months contract with a possible extension Attractive hourly pay rate of $88.16 to $98.86 plus super Hybrid work arrangement (WFH 3 days per week in Canberra office) PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: You will be responsible for the introduction and implementation of UKG Pro Workforce Management to Government Directorates and integrate it with current HRIS and related Employee Self Service systems and peripheral software and interfaces. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Lead and participate in the full implementation lifecycle of UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions including design, configuration, testing and deployment. Examine long term Time & Attendance and rostering requirements, suggest alternative plans, strategies and report on their feasibility. Onboard new Government business areas to UKG Pro Workforce Management modules such as Timekeeping, Accruals and Advanced Scheduling to enhance business areas workforce management capabilities. Maintain existing configuration including making changes to meet new Enterprise Agreement and regulatory requirements. Manage system access through Access Profiles ensuring appropriate access is granted to all users. Liaise with subject matter experts undertaking their own programming and provide advice on complex information technology problems. Manage a small team of dedicated UKG Pro specialists. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience in Kronos WFC, WFM or UKG Pro Workforce Management including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals and Access Profiles. You need to be an analytical, lateral and logical thinker willing to consider all possibilities in the development of solutions. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities and attention to detail. Ability to train and upskill team members and stakeholders. UKG University certifications, Dell Boomi skills or Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources or Information Technology would be advantageous.
