Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Hold full working rights within Australia.
* Bring relevant experience from a similar agronomy position, preferably in a commercial environment.
* Possess strong technical knowledge of agronomic practices and applications.
* Demonstrate a proven track record in executing sales outcomes using specialist knowledge of fertiliser, seed, and chemical products.
* Exhibit excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
* Hold a valid driver's license.
