* Deliver strong average transaction values through solution selling
* Hit and exceed personal sales targets
* Drive add-on sales across camping accessories and 4WD products
* Be a 12v expert
Who You Are
* Sales driven and performance focused
* Energised by uncapped commission
* Hands on and proactive on the shop floor
Bonus points if you
* Have auto electrical, 4WD or camping industry experience
* Have sold batteries, fridges or solar before
* Understand off-grid setups
* Comfortable talking voltage, amp hours and charge cycles
* Confident explaining lithium vs AGM
