About the Role:
* This position is responsible for managing the region to achieve key sales metrics (closing percentages, tour efficiency, rescission rates, ASP, sales volume, lead generation).
* The successful candidate will establish site sales goals and ensure the region meets required revenue and profit outcomes.
Sales Strategy and Performance:
This role requires strong leadership, coaching and performance management skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to recognise financial trends and their application to the business, and develop plans to enhance profitability.
