Description


We are looking for a detail driven and collaborative Associate, Payment Operations to support he accurate, timely and compliant delivery of payment activites across Automic's registry and Fund Services.

In this role, you'll manage end-to-end payment processes including distributions and dividends, work closely with internal and external stakeholders and help ensure our shared services run smoothy at scale.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their operations or financial services career who takes pride in precision, enjoys problem solving, and wants to grow within a high-performing, values-led organisation.



Skills And Experiences



What you'll bring

* Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred but not essential.

* 1–3 years' experience in operations, payments, or financial administration, ideally within financial services, fintech, or fund administration.

* Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in payment processing, reconciliations, and reporting.

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.

* High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage competing priorities.

* Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with workflow tools such as JIRA.
