Duties / Responsibilities
Responsible for building strong client‐based relationships to provide high‐level, client‐focused service, advice, support and coaching to managers (including senior managers) and employees in the management of a broad range of strategic workforce management, recruitment and employment and employee relations matters. As a Client Partner, you will support managers in making good people decisions across the employee lifecycles, driving a positive workplace culture and influencing employee relations and workforce behaviours and expectations.

Qualifications & Experience
Knowledge and expertise consistent with qualifications recognised at Diploma and Advanced Diploma level in human resource management or related discipline or equivalent work experience is desirable.
