In this role, you'll support branches across Dubbo, Narromine, Trangie, Wagga, and Cobar — giving you the chance to learn, grow, and connect with communities right across the region.

What You'll Be Doing
* Welcoming community members and delivering warm, memorable service
* Helping locals with transactions, questions and everyday banking needs
* Building relationships and supporting the financial wellbeing of customers
* Learning new systems and processes while working with confidence and care
* Travelling to different branches, stepping in to support teams when needed
* Being part of a close‐knitted, community‐minded group that looks out for one another
* Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people in their community
* A flexible, positive person who adapts easily to new places and faces
* A great listener, clear communicator, and friendly presence
* Reliable and ready to jump in wherever you're needed
* A valid driver's licence + willingness to travel
* Experience in banking or financial services is welcome — but not required
