Training Coordinator Job
This role is responsible for managing, facilitating, delivering, and assessing training to volunteers and brigades in accordance with the annual training plan.
* Coordinate, deliver, facilitate, and assess formal and informal training sessions for volunteers.
* Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in current capabilities among volunteers.
* Collaborate on developing the annual training plan for the District, focusing on volunteer engagement.
* Organize onboarding activities for new brigade volunteers, including inductions.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards by verifying that training is delivered, assessed, and recorded accurately.
Key Requirements
* Mandatory Requirements: Meet the mandatory requirements and attributes as outlined in the generic RFSQ Rural Officer Two (RFSO2) role description.
* Highly Desirable Requirements: Knowledge of or experience working with volunteers and/or within a volunteer organization.
