Job Description
Assisting the sous chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen is crucial for delivering exceptional food quality and experience for our guests.
The successful candidate will produce food efficiently, economically, and hygienically while maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation according to recipes and standards.
The role requires using all equipment, tools, and machines appropriately, working closely with the stewarding department and other kitchen staff.
A professional and positive attitude towards colleagues, supervisors, and guests is essential.

About You
 1. You must have a minimum of 6 months of full Australian working rights (sponsorship is not offered).
 2. Be physically based in the Perth metropolitan area or willing to relocate.
 3. Have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role (restaurant and/or hotel background required).
You will be skilled in time management and organisation, with strong technical abilities and reliable, flexible under pressure performance.
