About the Business
Jadair Electrical is a close-knit family-owned and operated company serving South East Queensland. Whilst established as an air conditioning company in 1994, we acquired an electrical and solar business in 2022 have been rapidly expanding since.
Role and Responsibilities
Based in our Cleveland showroom owning the day-to-day flow of sales, scheduling, customer communication and administration. Enough variety to keep things interesting, but enough routine to keep you sane. There is genuine scope for this role to grow into Office Manager for the right person.
Contact clients to discuss their requirements and provide practical solutions
Prepare service, preventative maintenance and residential installation quotes
Order materials and parts for approved works
Schedule technicians and coordinate daily service and project jobs
Work closely with technicians and other sales and scheduling coordinators
Follow up outstanding quotations
Support invoicing and general administration
Experience
Full training will be provided for the right candidate. This role is based on attitude and
Experience in scheduling, administration or office coordination
Organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident phone and email skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office
Experience in Air Conditioning or Electrical Trade (preferred but definitely not required)
