A rare opportunity to lead a high-performing ANZ healthcare business operating at the intersection of medical technology, patient care and clinical services.
Our client is a globally recognised healthcare organisation with a strong market position and an established footprint across Australia and New Zealand. As part of ongoing growth and strategic evolution, they are seeking an experienced Managing Director / Country Leader to take full responsibility for the ANZ business.
This is a broad enterprise leadership position, overseeing the commercial, operational and strategic performance of a multi-channel healthcare business with both wholesale and patient-facing service components.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the ANZ business with full P&L accountability
* Drive commercial growth across multiple business units / channels
* Oversee operational execution across both commercial and clinical / service-led functions
* Lead, develop and align a cross-functional leadership team
* Partner with global stakeholders within a matrix environment
* Support ongoing strategic growth, integration and optimisation initiatives
Ideal Background
We are open to a range of healthcare leadership profiles, however successful candidates will likely bring:
* Proven ANZ / Country / GM / Business Unit leadership experience
* Full P&L responsibility within healthcare, MedTech or adjacent clinical services environments
* Experience leading complex multi-channel businesses across commercial and operational functions
* Exposure to clinician-led, patient-centric or service-based healthcare models
* Strong strategic, operational and leadership capability within matrix organisations
Experience managing both wholesale / B2B and patient-facing / clinical / retail healthcare channels will be viewed favourably, though is not essential.
