The ORS Psychology team is expanding and we are seeking our next Psychologist to join the team! You will be joining a national team of Psychologists working under different service pathways, including the NDIS and the private sector. About The Role
* Assessment: ORS offers a full range of psychological assessments, including mental health, IQ, psychoeducational, school readiness, decision-making capacity, autism and ADHD assessments. There will be the opportunity to receive training to develop your skills in this area and administer such assessments to applicable clients.
* Intervention: You will also be using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including CBT, ACT & DBT to support clients to work towards their goals. This includes both psychological therapy services and employee assistance services.
* You will have the opportunity to work in our clinic with a multidiscipline team of practitioners or across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools within your community.
What We Are Looking For
* Provisional or Full Registration with AHPRA
* For the Registrar Program: Ability to become registered with AHPRA in a registrar program – e.g., clinical psychology, clinical neuropsychology, education and developmental psychology, or forensic psychology
* For endorsed positions: registration with AHPRA with endorsement in clinical psychology, clinical neuropsychology, education and developmental psychology, or forensic psychology
* A car and licence
* A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain before commencement
* Experience in the provision of cognitive and autism assessments will be looked upon favourably, as will endorsement in Clinical Neuropsychology, Clinical Psychology or Educational and Developmental Psychology.
