We are seeking a skilled and experienced Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed estimates for various projects, including high-end architectural cabinetry and volume commercial projects.
Job Description
The Estimator will work closely with our sales team and clients to understand their requirements and provide estimates that meet their needs. The role involves:
* Preparing estimates for residential and commercial projects
* Conducting site visits to measure and assess project requirements
* Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of estimates
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams
* Staying up-to-date with market trends, product offerings, and industry developments
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A background in cabinet making or previous experience in estimating
* Strong communication and time management skills
* Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
* Ability to manage expectations professionally and build long-term relationships
