As a key member of our regional team, you will play a vital role in developing and managing a diverse portfolio of agribusiness customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in assessing the economic value and risk potential of new business opportunities, providing informed advice on growth and risk management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of agribusiness customers to drive sustainable growth and revenue
* Conduct thorough financial analysis and credit assessments to identify new business opportunities and assess risk potential
* Provide expert advice on risk management and growth strategies to customers, leveraging your knowledge of market trends and commercial acumen

Requirements:
* Previous experience working as a banker, preferably in agribusiness, with a strong understanding of financial analysis and credit assessment
* Excellent relationship management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a dynamic environment
