Ideally, we'd love for you to have:
* A strong focus on Image of Child
* Proven ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs through a deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
* Prior leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
* An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to study towards a Diploma qualification within 3 months of commencement)
* A current and State-relevant Working with Children's Check
* Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
* Additional Child Protection Training, in line with section 162A of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Queensland Government
Completion of 1 of the following courses will ensure compliance; CHCPRT025, CHCPRT001, CHCPRT026, CHCECE057 (or willingness to obtain before commencement)
Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain).
