About the Role
Red Cross Training Services delivers high-quality outcomes through relevant training programs, building on its national recognition as a trusted provider.
Mental Health trainers ensure non-accredited Mental Health courses meet strict standards in a classroom setting, supported by a dedicated administrative team.
This role requires effective setup and delivery of training resources, adhering to WHS, Mental Health First Aid Australia, and Red Cross Standards.
What You'll Bring
* Current and accredited MHFA Instructor qualification.
* Experience in facilitating training in various settings, including community and corporate environments.
* Demonstrated ability to engage students with empathy and understanding during sessions.
* High-level verbal and written communication skills for diverse interactions.
* TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable) along with relevant industry-based training certificates and experience.
A current Australian Driver's Licence and Working with Children Check are essential requirements for this position.

Further Information
This role is covered by the Educational Services (Post-Secondary education) Award, level 9, with an hourly rate from $70.04, including casual loading + superannuation + access to salary packaging.
