Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-focused Order and Transport Specialist to support the smooth coordination of outbound transport and deliveries within a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment. This is a hands‐on operational role with real impact, supporting the delivery of products for world‐class brands. Reporting to the Transport Manager NSW you will be responsible for the end‐to‐end transport coordination and will work closely with internal teams including Operations, IT, and Client Service as well as external transport providers.

The Hours of Work
Monday – Friday (8.00am – 4.00pm)
About You
You are organized, reliable and comfortable working in a deadline‐driven logistics environment. You enjoy working with data, managing multiple tasks and collaborating with others to get the job done well.
You will bring:
* Experience in transport coordination, logistics or supply chain operations.
* Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
* Clear communication skills and a customer‐focused approach.
* Ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure.
* Strong problem‐solving skills with good follow‐through.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel highly regarded).
* Experience with WMS or transport systems (desirable).
* Current LF Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain with support within 3 months).
