You'll build, guide, and inspire a team of 10–12 new-business-hunting BDMs, driving revenue growth and achieving ambitious targets.Your Responsibilities:Coach and mentor your BDMs, unlocking their potential and maximising performance.Analyse KPIs to track success, identify improvement areas, and strategise for results.Foster a positive, high-morale environment that encourages teamwork and engagement.Demonstrate a history of leading field based sales teams and achieving measurable results.Drive results in a new business based environment on short sales cyclesRegular field & state based travel is requiredThis is a challenging and rewarding role for a results-driven leader with exceptional coaching skills.
