We're expanding & looking for a newly formed role of Queensland Agency Sales Director to join the Goa Brisbane team and become a member of our national leadership team of client-focused Out-of-Home experts representing Alliance Outdoor Media Group in the Brisbane Market.
Working closely with Alliance's NSW based Chief Revenue Officer, this is a senior leadership role responsible for deepening senior level agency and client relationships in Queensland and driving revenue growth across Alliances premium portfolio of National Metro & Regional assets – from iconic large-format Digital & Classic billboards to high-frequency roadside sites in key urban markets.
What You'll Do:
* Lead & Inspire: Mentor, manage and motivate a team to exceed sales targets, foster strong client relationships, and maintain a high team morale.
* Drive Strategy: Develop and execute innovative go-to-market sales strategies that align with national client goals and agency requirements.
* Build Partnerships: Cultivate senior level relationships with media agencies, key clients and driving new business acquisition along with expanding existing client spend.
* Forecast & Grow: Own the sales pipeline, reporting, and forecasting with precision – identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
* Champion Innovation: Leverage available platforms, audience data and Out-of-Home trends to stay ahead of the market and bring fresh thinking to every client meeting & brief.
* Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with our National team and other State Sales Directors, Strategy & Insights, Operations, Marketing and Campaign Delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and unbeatable client outcomes.
What You'll Bring:
* 10+ years of media sales experience, ideally with exposure to Out-of-Home, ATL media or integrated campaigns.
* Proven success managing and developing high-performance sales teams.
* Track record of delivering sustained revenue growth and obsession with hitting (and exceeding) targets.
* Strong client and agency relationships at a senior level.
* Confident presenting ideas, negotiating deals, and leading by showing.
* Passion for media, design, innovation and urban culture.
