Key Responsibilities
You will take on project management and engineering responsibilities, you will lead the design process, provide technical support and coach your team. The key responsibilities include:
* Leading and coaching team members
* Maintaining existing and building new client relationships
* Design and documentation of roads, subdivisions, drainage, hydraulics and earthworks
* Technical input to ensure designs meet project needs
* Timely and budget-conscious project delivery
Key Skills & Attributes
You will ideally have:
* A Civil Engineering degree (recognised by Engineers Australia)
* 10-20 years of engineering experience
* Familiarity with Austroads and relevant standards
* Experience in geometric design and modelling
* Strong experience in design of roads, subdivisions, drainage and earthworks
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
* Proactive approach to coaching and team management
