About the role
In this role, your duties as a Communications and Engagement Officer will include but not be limited to:
* creating communications across multiple formats + managing contractors as needed
* maintaining website content and social media platforms
* developing funding proposals and engaging donor reports
* coordinating stakeholder events and meetings
* identifying funding opportunities/cultivating donor relationships
* supporting Gift Fund Strategy implementation & donor experience improvements.
What we're looking for
* Full Australian working rights essential (we cannot provide sponsorship)
* Min. 2 years experience in communications, fundraising or donor relations (non-profits preferable)
* Qualifications in Communications, Journalism, PR, Event Management or similar
* Proficiency with social media, email platforms, content management systems and design tools
* Occasional travel and after-hours work required
* Pre-employment medical and random drug/alcohol testing
Licenses required
* Current C Class Driver's License
* Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
