ACRWORLD has partnered with RES Group to recruit a Vegetation Labourer/Groundsperson to support operations at the Blue Grass Solar Farm in regional Queensland. RES is the world’s largest independent renewable energy company, developing, constructing and operating renewable energy projects across wind, solar and energy storage globally. With a growing portfolio across Australia, RES continues to play a key role in delivering affordable, zero-carbon energy. This role will support the ongoing vegetation management and general site maintenance of the solar farm, helping ensure the site remains safe, compliant and operating efficiently. Key responsibilities as a Vegetation Labourer, you will assist with maintaining vegetation across the solar farm and supporting general site upkeep. Responsibilities include: Carrying out vegetation control and maintenance across the solar farm site Operating equipment such as brush cutters, whipper snippers and other landscaping tools Assisting with maintaining clear access around solar panels, equipment and infrastructure Supporting general site maintenance and housekeeping activities Ensuring all work is completed in line with site safety procedures and environmental requirements Assisting technicians and site personnel with basic labouring tasks where required Reporting any hazards, site issues or maintenance requirements to the site team Required Experience Experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, vegetation management or labouring roles Comfortable working outdoors in regional environments Ability to safely operate basic landscaping and vegetation management equipment Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a site team Why Join?
