What's on offer
Base salary up to $124,000 year (depending on experience)
Penalties + on-call allowances + 12% super

6 weeks annual leave + 18% loading
Salary packaging up to $18,650
6-month or permanent full-time contract
Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm + rotating on-call
Professional development + remote training provided
The Role
You'll work within one of several remote Aboriginal communities in the Katherine region, around 3 hours from Darwin.
Key responsibilities
Provide high-quality primary healthcare, including acute presentations, chronic disease management and health promotion
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, culturally responsive care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with clinical protocols
Support community health programmes, education and engagement activities
Participate in the on-call emergency response roster

Who we're looking for
Practice Nurses wanting remote experience OR experienced RANs / Primary Health Nurses
Strong skills in chronic disease management, immunisations, wound care and health promotion
Passionate about culturally safe care and working with Aboriginal communities
Flexible, resilient, and open to embracing remote community life
Requirements
Current AHPRA Registration
Experience in primary health, community health, ED, chronic disease, or remote nursing
Full Australian working rights
Practice Nurses and first-time remote nurses encouraged to apply – training provided.
