About Culture Vitale
Culture Vitale is a platform that curates "Sessions of Vitality" for major companies — immersive, impactful, and engaging experiences to elevate wellbeing, culture, creativity, and development of teams, leaders, and corporate relationships.
In addition to our own sessions, we're looking to collaborate with experienced retreat organizers and providers who can offer retreats to our corporate clients.
Target client base: Major Fashion, Tech, Finance, Pharmaceutical, Industry and more.

THE PARTNERSHIP
* Promoting Your Retreats: Context: We provide clients; you provide retreats.
* We match clients: We work with our clients as consultants to identify the perfect activities that can support their wellbeing, development, and cultural needs.
* You deliver: Based on their needs, we connect them with a retreat partner to deliver an adapted retreat, on a fixed commission percentage on your retreat price.
* Enriching Your Retreats: Context: You have clients/retreats; we provide sessions.
* Our portfolio of experts: We have a network of over 1,500 experts in wellbeing, leadership/team development, arts and culture, and more.
* Your retreat enrichment: We can collaborate with you to elevate your retreat offerings by curating and proposing the right mix of session/workshop hosts based on your needs and budgets.
Our Retreat Hosts also have access to networking opportunities with other Culturists across the globe.
Requirements
* You have significant experience creating and delivering retreats (including locations).
* You are an individual or a company with the appropriate rights.
* MUST: You have worked with corporate clients and senior profiles.
* You have examples and concrete evidence of past retreats (incl. Images, programs).
* Conversational in English.
* You fulfill all legal requirements (insurance, permits etc.) to carry out retreats.
