Are you looking to increase your skills as an Administration Officer? Looking for a long-term, stable role in a local business that values your expertise? Our business is expanding and we are looking for the next admin superstar for our Coolum Beach head office.

We are a well-established, family-owned food importer and wholesale distribution business, proudly serving our industry for over 13 years. As our Administration Support Officer, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You will be continually supported by our talented team who can help you grow your skills over a wide variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

* MYOB Acumatica – high volume customer invoicing, processing back orders and emailing sales team with any changes daily
* Setting up new customer accounts and loading pricing
* Processing customer credits
* Stock adjustments/transfers
* Customer Service via email and phone
* CRM and B2B portal backend operator
* Processing and following up on local purchase orders
* Analysing customer sales reports and communicating with sales team on your findings.
* Assisting sales team with flyers and new product information

What We're Looking For:

* Strong ability to manage complex workloads
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience handling purchases and sales in an accounting system
* Experience using Mac (preferred)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (intermediate level)
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without compromising accuracy
* Independence & Initiative – able to work autonomously and take direction from management
* Strong time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail
* Exceptional numerical skills and data entry accuracy
