**About the role**
In this role, you will support the delivery of the programs for group risk, internal audit, and business continuity management. You will partner with various business units and is a brilliant opportunity to make an impact across the business by supporting the delivery of risk management solutions.
This role encompasses reporting of audit actions, fraud incidents and an overall reporting of the program to Dulux Group executives. You will have the opportunity to actively participate in running the risk assessment workshops together with the Group Risk Manager.

This is a 12-month contract and we are open to full time or four days per week.
**Responsibilities**
- Contribute to reporting of the program to the Dulux Group Executives and Audit and Risk Committee (ARC)
- Support and assist Risk Champions across the business units
- Support the development of training materials and delivery of risk competency training.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the Risk Program by supporting and improving systems and processes

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in risk and and/or business continuity environment is preferable
- Analytical, numerical and Excel skills to utilise data and reporting
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- A continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data
- Experience in Power BI is preferable
