We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving team in Toowoomba, Queensland. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and placing qualified nursing professionals into rewarding roles within the healthcare industry.

What you\'ll be doing
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, referrals and internal databases.
- Conduct interviews and assess qualifications, experience and cultural fit.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including onboarding, compliance checks and contract coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities and nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate records in the recruitment system and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with placement specialists to ensure smooth transitions and high retention.
- Attend recruitment events and expos as needed.
What we\'re looking for
- Previous experience in recruitment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with AHPRA registration and healthcare compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and commitment to candidate care.
