Key Roles and Responsibilities
A senior HR professional is required to partner with operational and senior leaders to align human resources strategies with business objectives. This role involves serving as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and employee relations matters.
* Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with operational and senior leaders to drive alignment between HR strategies and business goals.
* HR Queries and Relations: Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and legislation.
* Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including onboarding and mobilisation.
* Compliance Management: Oversee HR data management and ensure compliance with relevant workplace regulations.
* National Projects: Contribute to national HR projects, change initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent industry experience.
* Experience in a senior HR generalist or business partnering role, preferably within the resources, OEM, or industrial sectors.
* Sound understanding of Australian employment law, modern awards, and industrial agreements.
* Hands-on experience with ERP systems, SAP experience is highly desirable.
* A proven track record working in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work across multiple business units and liaise with senior management.
