This State Government agency is seeking a proactive and organised Administration Officer to join their team in the inner South-Western suburbs of Adelaide. Your new role
As the Administration Officer, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks including:
* Reception duties and answering incoming calls
* Ordering stationery and managing stock control
* Monitoring the agency's inbox via the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
* Accurate data entry and record keeping
* Providing general administrative support to the wider team
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience in an administrative or reception role
* Experience in a government department or similar environment preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
